Traffic and speeding:
Traffic tickets seem like a minor annoyance but can become a major problem if not handled properly and quickly.
Multiple moving violations or failure to appear on a ticket can result in a suspension of driving privileges.

First time DUI can result in six months in the county jail and a fine of up to &1,750.00 or both. Prosecutors are forbidden by law to negotiate away or reduce a DUI charge.
